ACT Acquaintance Party

   

   Before the acquaintance party, everyone is getting busy in practicing and preparing for the party. Each section is required to have their own chant or yell while each strand is also required to have an ACT jingle for the competition. The day before the party, everyone was called to go to the quadrangle to familiarize their place on where to go during the program. So each section have already known their assigned place when the program will start.

    

   The party came and everyone was wearing a formal attire since it is required by our SSG officers. When everyone was called to go to the quadrangle me and my classmates get confused because the place where we supposed to go is already occupied so we insert into an available space. Suddenly our adviser called us to go to the stage because they change the plan "Pala" and told us to get ready for the yell. 

    The party was started with the prayer and Philippine national anthem and of course a speech of the guest, principal and others. Followed by different kinds of intermission number, like singing, hip-hop dancing, and etc. After that was the performing of each section's chant/yells.

     Another intermission number again to our greatest magician which is Joshua. He performs very well, but the one magic trick that really amazed us is when he draw a ball at the sketch pad and make it into a real ball. As a classmate we unite and support each other by yelling his name. Next was the performing of each strand with their ACT-jingle. Each strand has their own different kinds of theme of their costumes and they really perform well.

    At last the most exciting part of the program which is the announcing of champions. When they announce that ICT strand was the champion in grade 11 category everyone of us, my classmates and others ICT student really cheer up and shouted in happens of course taking pictures and selfish is always a part of it. After taking pictures we go back to our classroom and then eat. The program end's wonderfully nicely organized and we really enjoy the program
